Co-owners Jeff Stevens and Brian Shapiro built KMS the old-fashioned way — by showing up. Between the two of them they've spent more than half a century in framing, finish work, project management, and customer-facing renovation. KMS is what came out of that.
The promise is simple, and they put it in writing: at least one of them is on site for every project KMS takes on. Not "checks in by phone." On site. That's how a crew gets run the way it should, and how a homeowner stops worrying.

The exceptional attention to detail was overseen by Jeff and we are enjoying the fruits of his labor every time we walk into our beautiful house.
