No mystery. Here's the sequence.
- A real human gets back to you. Usually within one business day. If we're slammed on a job site, sometimes it takes a little longer — but you'll hear from an owner, not a call center.
- We schedule the walk-through. Free, in person, on your timeline. We come to the house, look at the project, ask the questions that matter, and don't bring a hard-sell.
- You get a written scope and price. Not a range, not "we'll see how it goes." A real number with a real scope. If something is genuinely unknown, we say so up front and explain what would move it.
- You decide. No pressure. Take a week, get other quotes, talk it over. If you go with us, we put it on the calendar and an owner is on site the day work starts.
