Atlanta and Greater North Georgia.

We serve 24 cities across the Atlanta metro and North Georgia — from Buckhead and Sandy Springs out to Dahlonega and the foothills. Owner-led remodeling, roofing, and custom builds, with one of us on site every day.

01 — North Fulton

Alpharetta, GA

Alpharetta is one of our most consistent service areas. The mix here runs from older homes in the historic downtown core to large new-construction houses across Avalon, Windward, and the Halcyon side of town — each of which calls for a different approach. We've handled kitchen remodels with structural wall changes, primary-suite bathroom renovations, screened porch and deck builds, and full exterior repaints on Alpharetta homes. Roofing and storm-damage work is steady here too, especially after spring weather rolls through.

02 — Gwinnett

Buford, GA

Buford sits on the eastern edge of our service area, and the work there tends toward larger-footprint suburban homes — primary-bath gut renovations, kitchen openings into great rooms, basement finish-outs, and outdoor living builds. We've done a lot of exterior carpentry and trim repair on Buford homes that have weathered a few summers, plus full roof replacements, both shingle and metal. If you're near Lake Lanier or off Friendship Road, we cover it.

03 — DeKalb

Brookhaven, GA

Brookhaven is a mix of older brick ranches, mid-century homes, and newer luxury builds, and the renovation work reflects that. We do a lot of kitchen openings — taking a closed-off 1960s galley and bringing it into the living room — primary-bath conversions, custom built-ins, and full interior repaints. Insurance-claim work after water or storm damage shows up here regularly, and we handle the adjuster coordination directly.

04 — Atlanta

Buckhead, GA

Buckhead work is detail-driven. We've done finish-grade kitchens with stone slab and custom cabinetry, primary suites with curbless showers and steam, library and study built-ins, full interior repaints, and roof replacements on the larger pitched roofs typical of the area. The expectations here are high — which is the point of running an owner-led shop. There's no project manager between you and the person making the calls.

05 — Cherokee

Canton, GA

Canton has a wide spread — from older homes near the downtown core to newer subdivision builds out toward Holly Springs and Hickory Flat. We've handled kitchen and bath remodels, deck and outdoor living additions, exterior siding and trim work, and complete roof replacements. The drive isn't short, but if you're in Canton or nearby Cherokee County, we cover it.

06 — Forsyth

Cumming, GA

Forsyth County is one of our busier areas. Cumming homes lean newer and larger — which means renovations here are often scope-heavy: gutting and reconfiguring kitchens, primary-suite redos, basement finish-outs with bars and theaters, screened porches, outdoor kitchens, and full-roof replacements. We're also no stranger to the Lake Lanier-adjacent side of Cumming where exterior work is more demanding.

07 — Lumpkin

Dahlonega, GA

Dahlonega is the northern edge of our service area, up in the foothills. Work here tends toward mountain homes — exterior carpentry, decks and screened porches with a view, log and cedar finishes, and roof replacements that have to handle real weather. We've also done full kitchen and bath remodels in the historic Dahlonega area, where the homes are older and the layouts need more thought than just a refresh.

08 — Dawson

Dawsonville, GA

Dawsonville sits between the mountains and the metro, which means the projects vary a lot — from newer subdivision homes on the south side to lake-adjacent and rural properties up north. We've handled kitchen and bath renovations, deck and porch builds, full-roof replacements, exterior siding repair, and interior repaints. If you're anywhere in Dawson County, we'll come look.

09 — Gwinnett

Duluth, GA

Duluth runs the full range — older homes near the historic downtown, mid-90s subdivision builds, and newer construction near Sugarloaf and Berkeley Lake. We do a lot of kitchen openings, primary-bath remodels, basement finish-outs, and exterior carpentry repair on Duluth homes. Roofing is steady here too. If you're in Duluth, the project is essentially in our back yard.

10 — Hall

Gainesville, GA

Gainesville is one of our northern-most cities and a place we've worked for years. The mix here is older homes near downtown, lake homes on Lanier, and subdivisions in between. Kitchen and bath remodels are common, but Gainesville also brings a lot of exterior work — siding, trim, decks, porches, and full-roof replacements. Lake-adjacent properties get more weather and need more upkeep, and we know how to spec for it.

11 — Jackson

Jefferson, GA

Jefferson is east of our core service area and a growing community. Newer construction is common here, and most of our work is renovation-after-the-fact — finishing basements, building decks and outdoor spaces, kitchen updates, bath remodels, and roofing. We also handle exterior repaints and trim repair on Jefferson homes that have been through a few seasons.

12 — North Fulton

Johns Creek, GA

Johns Creek has a high concentration of 1990s and 2000s-era builds that are right at the age where renovation makes more sense than another paint refresh. We do a lot of full kitchen remodels in Johns Creek — opening walls, reworking islands, replacing cabinets and counters — plus primary-bath gut renovations, deck rebuilds, custom built-ins, and full-roof replacements. Insurance-claim work shows up here too.

13 — Cobb

Kennesaw, GA

Kennesaw work is a mix of suburban renovations and exterior projects — kitchen and bath remodels, deck and porch builds, screened-in outdoor rooms, full repaints, and roof replacements. Cobb County brings its own weather patterns and we spec accordingly. We've worked on Kennesaw homes from compact older builds to the larger newer developments around the mountain.

14 — Gwinnett

Lawrenceville, GA

Lawrenceville is one of our core Gwinnett service areas. The work spans renovations on older homes near the historic square, mid-tier subdivision remodels, and newer-build finish-outs. We do kitchens, bathrooms, additions, basements, decks, roofing — pretty much the full menu. Insurance-claim work after water and storm damage is steady here.

15 — Cobb

Marietta, GA

Marietta has been a steady part of our business for years. The housing stock is wide — from historic homes near the square that need careful, period-appropriate renovation, to the larger East Cobb builds where full-scope remodels are common. We've handled kitchen openings, primary-bath redos, complete additions, exterior carpentry, full repaints, and roofing across Marietta. Old houses are something we genuinely enjoy working on.

16 — North Fulton

Milton, GA

Milton tends toward larger lots and higher-end homes, and the renovation work reflects that. Full custom kitchens, primary-suite gut renovations, outdoor living builds with kitchens and fireplaces, screened-in porches, and detached structures are all part of what we do up here. Roofing and exterior work is a big part of Milton too — both larger pitched roofs and architectural detail repair.

17 — Gwinnett

Norcross, GA

Norcross has a great mix of historic homes near downtown and 80s/90s suburban builds. We do a lot of kitchen and bath updates in Norcross, plus basement finish-outs, deck and porch rebuilds, and full exterior repaints. Roof replacement work is steady — Norcross gets its share of hail and wind, and the insurance-claim coordination is something we handle directly.

18 — Gwinnett

Peachtree Corners, GA

Peachtree Corners homes are mostly 1980s through 2000s builds in established neighborhoods, and a lot of them are ready for the renovation that gets them through the next thirty years. We focus on full-scope kitchen remodels here, primary-bath conversions, basement finish-outs with media rooms or in-law setups, exterior carpentry, and roof replacements. Steady, solid work and a community we know well.

19 — Cobb

Powder Springs, GA

Powder Springs work is mostly suburban single-family — kitchen and bath remodels, deck rebuilds, outdoor living additions, full interior and exterior repaints, and roof replacements. We've been comfortable in Cobb County for years and Powder Springs is a regular stop. If you're west of Marietta in this stretch, we cover it.

20 — North Fulton

Roswell, GA

Roswell is one of our most-served cities. The housing stock is a real spread — historic homes around Canton Street and the old town core, established mid-tier subdivisions, and newer construction across the city. We've done full kitchen remodels in Roswell, primary-bath gut renovations, sunrooms and additions, deck and screened-porch builds, complete exterior carpentry rehabs, full repaints, and roofing — both repair and replacement. Roswell is a city where we know the contractors, the suppliers, and most of the inspectors.

21 — Fulton

Sandy Springs, GA

Sandy Springs has the city-adjacent housing stock — older brick traditional homes, mid-century moderns, and newer luxury builds. Kitchen openings into great rooms are a constant request here, along with full primary-bath conversions, custom built-ins, library and office finish-outs, and roof replacements on the larger architectural roofs. We've also handled a lot of insurance restoration work in Sandy Springs after water and fire events.

22 — Gwinnett

Sugar Hill, GA

Sugar Hill is part of our regular Gwinnett rotation — kitchen and bath remodels, deck and outdoor living builds, exterior repaints, and roof replacements. Most of the housing stock is newer-suburban with some older infill, and the projects tend toward updates and additions rather than full-scope tear-outs. We're in Sugar Hill regularly.

23 — Gwinnett

Suwanee, GA

Suwanee is one of the busier renovation markets in our service area — lots of 1990s and early-2000s homes in established neighborhoods that are getting their first or second real refresh. We do kitchens, primary baths, basement finish-outs, custom built-ins, screened porches, full exterior repaints, and roof replacements across Suwanee. It's a community where word-of-mouth runs strong and we benefit from it.

24 — Cherokee

Woodstock, GA

Woodstock has grown a lot, and so has our work there. Renovations in Woodstock span everything from older homes near downtown to the newer subdivisions out toward Towne Lake and beyond. Kitchen and bath remodels, deck and porch builds, screened outdoor rooms, basement finish-outs, exterior carpentry, full repaints, and roofing — Woodstock is part of our regular schedule.
